Carbide.ui Theme Edition
Carbide.ui Theme Edition allows for the creation of themes for S60 andSeries 40 devices.
Carbide.ui provides access to the more than 1,000customizable theme elements in the S60 UI,
which makes the S60 UI themost customizable UI available. Carbide.ui is designed forprofessionals and hobbyists alike.

Microsoft Windows XP Professional, Service Pack 3; Microsoft Windows XPHome Edition,
Service Pack 3; or any version of Microsoft WindowsVista.
512 MB of RAM (1 GB of RAM is recommended).
430 MB of free disk space.
1.5-GHz processor (a 2.8-GHz processor is recommended).
A display supporting 16-bit color (24-bit color support recommended) at 1280 x 1024 pixels.
A sound card is recommended.

看上去好像是英文的，而且是个大家伙，居然有165M这么大，想当初用索爱的 时候主题制作软件才几M，囧了！不过自己的5230应该这两天就到了，还是下载了自己看能不能做出一个主题来，哈哈！
